Our Meal Plans

Eating raw is a breeze with our daily meal plans. Whether you’re on a 7-day health kick or want to transition to a long-term raw lifestyle, we’ll customise a plan to fit your needs.

Our full meal plan costs £50 per day. You’ll receive five freshly-made elements every afternoon, for consumption the next day:

Smoothie

Start your day right with a smoothie stuffed with superfoods. We gently blend at least three different fruits and vegetables, plus linseeds, hemp seeds or chia, and either maca powder, spirulina or chlorella.

Breakfast

Enjoy a mid-morning boost with crunchy granola and fresh nut milk, soaked oats with fruit, or a simple slice of raw crisp bread with our nutty spread.

Lunch

Your main feed of the day. It could be a big, immensely filling salad of crunchy raw veg and falafel, or a banging beet burger with crisp bread and veggie relish.

Dinner

Go lighter in the evening, when we pair our famous crunchy crispbread with dips or nutritious cold soup.

Dessert

Reward yourself with treats that copycat indulgent favourites but are sugar-free and protein-packed. Examples include mousse, chocolates, and sweet bites.
